How LUFT MVHR works with you to deliver a well-designed functioning MVHR system…
- Complete the Contact form below, attaching your building plans, sections and elevations.
- We will get in touch to make sure we have all the information needed to create a priced proposal for you.
- We will clarify your requirements and answer any questions you may have.
- Your acceptance of our priced proposal and instruction to for us to commence design work. From 10% of the priced proposal, plus VAT, is payable at this point.
- We work on your system design: flow rate calculations to meet Part F and Passivhaus requirements and system layout.
- You confirm acceptance of the layout. (We allow for one or two iterations of this process.)
- We issue you with an invoice for the MVHR system, as per the agreed design; upon payment, the components are ordered.
- We make a site visit, as per our proposal, to help your installer understand our system; brief them on do’s and don’ts checklist; discuss any practical installation issues.
- Once building works are complete, we commission the system and do a handover to the building occupants.
